SPECD Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

This Policy explains how SPECD ships the physical parts you purchase and how returns, cancellations, and damaged or incorrect shipments are handled. It is part of the Terms of Service and works alongside the Refund & Billing Policy. Specific terms shown at the point of purchase control if they conflict with this Policy.

1. What this covers

This Policy applies to physical performance parts sold through SPECD and shipped to you or, at your direction, to the shop performing your installation. It does not cover garage labor, SPECD credits, advertising, or sponsorships — those are addressed in their own agreements.

2. How parts ship

  • Parts are shipped by SPECD and/or its distribution partners directly to the delivery address on your order. You may choose to have parts delivered to your own address or to the shop installing your build.
  • Estimated delivery timelines shown during planning or checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Availability, back-orders, carrier delays, and manufacturer lead times can affect delivery.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete address and to ensure someone can receive the shipment.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.

3. Order cancellations

  • You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is handled under the returns process below.
  • Some items are ordered from a distributor or manufacturer specifically for your build and may not be cancelable once placed. Any such item is identified before you confirm the purchase.

4. Returns

  • Eligible new, unused, uninstalled parts in original, unopened packaging may be returned within the return window shown at purchase (for example, 30 days), subject to the manufacturer's return policy for that part.
  • Some items are non-returnable — including installed or used parts, electrical parts, custom or made-to-order parts, tuning/software products, and clearance items. Non-returnable items are identified before purchase.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and to the customer paying return shipping, except where the return is due to our error or a defective part.
  • To start a return, contact SPECD support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected, less any applicable restocking or shipping charges.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Inspect your shipment on arrival. If a part arrives **damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered**, contact SPECD support within the window shown at purchase (for example, 5 days of delivery) with your order number and photos.
  • For our error or a shipping-damaged item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
  • Manufacturer defects may be handled under the manufacturer's warranty; we will help facilitate a warranty claim where applicable.

6. Fitment is your responsibility

Confirming that a part fits your specific vehicle, and that any modification is safe and legal for your use, remains your responsibility as described in the Automotive Disclaimer. Returns for parts that do not fit are handled under the standard returns process above and may be subject to restocking and shipping charges.
